They are expensive, but they were exactly what we were looking for. They tell a story that we have lived and it is so nice to have these lights serve as a memory. For bulbs, I installed GE Reveal LEDs that are all GLASS and the whole bulb lights up, not "half" the bulb like many LEDs are designed that have the tall collar extending up from the base. This is important as the bulbs themselves become the sun and the reflection in the water (there are two bulbs). The construction is excellent.
