TL;DR: Much dimmer than advertised. Read spec sheet for accurate details. Fixture shape looks modern and minimal. Wayfair was misleading in this case, the ad presented a higher number of lumens than what you actually get. What you need to pay attention to is the 'delivered lumens', which is different from the total number of lumens advertised. In this case that's around 750 lumens, which is ~300 lumens less than the product page -- I only discovered this by reading the technical sheet while I was wondering why it looked so dim. I also can't return it now as it's hardwired and I have to buy something else before I can take it down. I would not recommend.
