Wayfair did an amazing job helping me with this order! I had to call several times due to shipping and cancelled orders. Every time the customer service was super helpful. Pendant is heavy, large, and beautiful. However, color is not what I expected, still amazing. Gold is not as bright as expected. Dark smoke is basically black. Handy service was great for install. It would have been difficult to install on our own otherwise. It was missing a very small piece but I called the manufacturer and they shipped me a couple right away.
