Exactly as described. Easy to adjust and instal. One light bulb burnt out almost immediately, but that wasn’t a vendor or design issue. I got the 30” to hang over an antique world map, and it has five light bulbs and provides plenty of light to brighten up the whole wall.

Arrived early. The one I ordered, 21 inch,has 4 lights. They are dimmable with a separate dimmer. Was able to get this to stay on my frame without having to screw it in. It hooked on so it was really easy. Happy the cord is ivory as it shows less on my tan walls. Really happy with this.
