Excellent pan. Heavy and sturdy. Just use a little oil or butter and nothing sticks. Very easy clean up. What I don’t like is the slanted sides. While it is 9.5 inches wide at the top, the flat area in the bottom is about 6 inches wide. Unfortunately, these are not quite what they are advertised to be. I use a small amount of oil as this is what is recommended to prevent food from sticking. You can clearly see from the picture below that even after about two dozen uses it is incredibly difficult to clean up the residue. I love these pans! I bought them during a sale for a little over $100 and I must note they are incredibly well made, I cook over a gas stove and love the length of the secure handles!
