Beautiful Crucible knob is an easy way to elevate any piece. I have it here replacing a signature gold tone stainless steel knob on my deep teal Dutch oven. Being aluminum instead of cast iron it seems to transfer heat quicker. So maybe lower the oven temp a little or add more liquid than if cooking in cast iron similar product.
