Create steaming heat and vitamin-rich temptations in the cocotte from Rosendahl’s Grand Cru range. The dutch oven – which is basically what it is – has been known for hundreds of years for its characteristic ability to retain the juice and flavor of the ingredients. For slow-cooking, simmering, bread, “grandma’s cooking” and ethnic dishes. Serve direct from oven to table – and rejoice that it’s made of glass, so you can keep an eye on the food as it simmers. This a great gift idea for everyone with a penchant for excellent kitchen tools.
