Only complaint is that the water reservoir doesnt come off on the model I have, which makes it hard to clean out. Also after 2 years the clock LED has begun to fail. Otherwise it has served us well.. The design and functionality is elegant, but why would you put a black cord on an all white coffee machine? It’s the only small appliance that sits on our white quartz countertop and the cord sticks out like a sore thumb! Coffee maker brews coffee quickly and tastes delicious. I would have given it a five star rating had it been better thought out with a white cord design. It requires care. But it has been good for the family. Came back to figure out the power draw for camping. If you pay attention to the carafe, your coffee will stay hot.
