The Hybrid Plus pans are dishwasher safe, but we highly recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick performance of the cookware.

Unfortunately, these are not quite what they are advertised to be. I use a small amount of oil as this is what is recommended to prevent food from sticking. You can clearly see from the picture below that even after about two dozen uses it is incredibly difficult to clean up the residue. Nice lightweight frypan. Unfortunately, my first attempt to cook sunny side up edge wasn’t as good as a ceramic coated pan. The egg white stuck to the pan. Perhaps if I filled the pan with enough cooking oil to cover all the dimples the outcome may have been different. Cast iron rusts and it freaks me out that you still cook with a pan that rusted. So this is my new favorite. I live in a small space so not a lot of extra storage, so having things that serve multiple purposes are what work best for me . This pan not only cooks on a stove top, but also can be put in the oven and on the grill. You also can season your pan just like you would with a traditional cast iron pan. I did not use it. Returned it for two reasons. Firstly, there was a label indicating a State of California warning indicating that there was a potential cancer causing substance used its manufacture. Don't know if this is, in fact, significant, but it was sufficient to spook me. Secondly, I was under the impression that it was Swiss made, after all the brand is "Swiss Diamond. When I received it, I realised it was made in PRC, which is "Peoples republic of China". I try to avoid items manufactured in China.
