Great quality. We purchased these as the propane flames (natural gas not available in this part of the state!) made a sooty mess on the bottom of our old pots & pans. I have the 3 size Reserve pan collection. I have used the 10in pan just about everyday. I purchased my pans 8/2023. The bottom of this pan still looks brand new. Just recently I noticed a little pitting in my pan but 3 years that can happen, so I now have 2 others left 8in and 12in, I have no complaints the foods doesn’t stick and very easy to clean, Also used in the oven a bunch of times I never put my pan in the dishwasher and no metal utensils.
