We just cooked burgundy beef using 3 of our new pieces. The onions slid out of the sauce pan into the pot containing the beef, I never saw anything so wonderful in my whole life. After it cooled down, I cleaned it under running water with my bare hand and a drop of dawn liquid. My husband was a hard sell and he has been sold 100%. Great pots and pans for the price never know what to buy anymore but this set I have purchased several times, they last several years with 4 hungry boys that torture them, dropping them using metal utensils cutting steaks in the pan with a sharp knife and the pans still keep on cooking….end of buying new set every 3-4 years not from the pans failure but from the kids torturing them and even then it’s just a skillet or 2 not the whole set… now we have lots of great pans…use them every day!!!. Great quality. We purchased these as the propane flames (natural gas not available in this part of the state!) made a sooty mess on the bottom of our old pots & pans. Awesome! Last set of Cuisinart lasted 15yrs. Love your sales! Well, what I thought was a good deal, is not!!! My stainless steel cookware is pitting and I am not very happy. Says that there's a 30 day return policy. I understand, but the pitting in the cookware shouldn't be happening when the cookware is this new. We have a gas stove but do not cook at a high temp. I have the 3 size Reserve pan collection. I have used the 10in pan just about everyday. I purchased my pans 8/2023. The bottom of this pan still looks brand new. Just recently I noticed a little pitting in my pan but 3 years that can happen, so I now have 2 others left 8in and 12in, I have no complaints the foods doesn’t stick and very easy to clean, Also used in the oven a bunch of times I never put my pan in the dishwasher and no metal utensils.
