The knives themselves are very sharp, from other reviews I see complaints of rusting, but Ive owned knives from Zwilling in the past and you must dry them immediately after handwashing, and a thin coat of oil for protection doesnt hurt. This is my go to knife for almost all of my cutting and chopping needs. The handle is shaped for comfort and ease of use. The blade is super thing and sharp. I love the rounded end. I use it to scoop out avocado after cutting it in half and for certain spreads that I have prepared. Too, it’s size make is perfect for when you have many ingredients on the cutting board.
