I just bought this so have only used it three times. I can say that the pan seems very sturdy, well made, does heat quickly as stated in the advertising, and so far nothing sticks (fried chicken & potatoes, pancakes, reheated food). I have many types of pans as I am a very accomplished home cook. I appreciate good quality as well. I own All-Clad, Calphalon, Le Creusets and Staub etc. . I wanted a non stick skillet and read about the "GreenPan" . This model Valencia is a higher quality and price point but I like the durability of it. I was hoping to purchase the same model in a slightly larger size , but I can't seem to find it , so maybe Green Pan doesn't make it.. The pan is sturdy and the non-stick surface looks like it will last a while. I have used it to saute, fry and cook rice. We recently remodeled our kitchen, and found out that our old saute pan that was 'induction ready' wasn't. Really like our Green Pan Valencia cookware, so decided to buy this saute pan as a replacement. The pan is great. I like the looks of this one over the Valencia pans that we purchased previously.
