I had wanted to replace my old roasting pan for a while and when I saw Anolon had theirs on sale, I jumped on it. I have had my Anolon cookware for 27 years and they are still in near perfect condition. This roaster is of the same high quality craftsmanship. Do yourself a favor and pick one up.
