LOVE this machine. It makes a great cup of coffee. Some coffees are not very hot, but that is the way they are supposed to be. If you want scalding hot coffee, put it in the microwave for 35 seconds after brewing. The crema is fabulous. If you do not like crema, this is not your machine. The machine is quieter than the Next version, but still a bit loud. However, if you go to a coffee shop, you know these types of machines are loud. There are no water leaks that I read in other reviews. The machine is sleek, and looks great on the counter. The lid opens and closes easy, which is not the case with the Next. It does not connect to the Nespresso app, but I never used that anyway. It’s simple, open the lid, put your pod in, close the lid, push the start button, and you get a great cup of coffee. Great coffee machine! Milk frother is easy to use and clean. Only issue is that the plastic milk jug warped in the dishwasher and now the white milk frother component won’t fit properly.
