[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent cookware, except for the polished, unknurled, thin, undersized, flat handles. They're difficult to hold with hotpads (a requirement during use) and impossible to hold while tilting the pan to pour it's content out. Due to the superior construction of the Staub cocotte lids, less humidity can escape during the cooking process. 10% more moisture is retained inside the Staub cocotte after 55 minutes cooking time than in products from competitors.
