I just love this brand of pots they are sturdy non stick healthy cooking, the 12 quart is a deep tall pot that is great for soups gumbo and strews,to me Caraway is the best brand of ceramic pots on the market, I’ve tried the competition and these are the best by far. Love this beautiful little stock pot! It heats quickly and evenly. I did stir my sauce pretty regularly, but it did not stick to the bottom of the pan at all. I absolutely love this stone pot. love the shape and how heavy it is. However it is oval shape and the pot doesnt fit the whole burner. It is however very deep so you can make several different types of meals in it without worrying if it will spill over.
