This is a beautiful, well made product. I have been looking for this size and this will be one of my most used pots. I love the clear lid so I can watch my food throughout the cooking process. The Thomas Keller 4 qt Saucepan is a wonderfully designed pan with substantial heft. Its not too heavy nor too light and is wide enough to accomplish most tasks. Clean up is simple, and any stuck on food can be removed either by soaking it in warm soapy water or by making a paste with Barkeepers Friend.
