I bought this griddle to replace one which had seen better days. After searching online, I found this little gem at Perigold. It's most similar to the Calphalon griddle that I'm replacing and the price was the best I found online by about $10! I love love love this grill. Cooked my husband a steak on it and it came out perfect. I like that all of the fat collects in the bottom. I like that the handle folds in for easy storage.
