Like this item very much as far as the rate at which the water is heated. The down side is that the item weights a lot; it's heavy when filled with water and therefore makes it difficult to pour the water out over the ground coffee beans. Seems a better ergonomic design to distribute the weight differently may be a worthwhile endeavor.

Fantastic kettle. Got it on sale and you get outstanding quality as it’s a Zwilling. Live the cool touch and the different temperature settings

It has not yet broken down after 4 months, contrary to a previous Krups kettle. Touch sensitive buttons require multiple presses at times to register, but other than that it’s working fine.

I sent it back. It’s giant. If you serve 6 cups of tea at a time, this baby is for you.
