Used it for the first time today, and it seems very good. The only thing that seems less than optimal is that the lid doesn't open all the way, but that's not really a problem.

Beautiful stainless steel kettle. Cool to touch after heating. Good quality. Has auto shutoff for safety. Much better than plastic type kettles. No need to clean if using just water to heat for my pour over coffee style.
