Excellent toaster

Slick, modern toaster!

A great toaster....if you're buying it for the looks. But when you pay this much for a toaster, you'd think it would make good toast. It has one job! Sadly, it toasts just as poorly and unevenly as the $20 toaster it was meant to replace. Apparently the incredible heating element technology of 40 years ago is just unachievable these days. If you're looking for something that looks beautiful and generally appears well designed, sure, buy this "premium" toaster. However if you're like me and favor function over form, especially when paying dearly for it....stick with a $20 toaster. You can literally see the cold spots in the heating elements in the attached photo and those cold spots can been seen in various places on both sides of both slots.

ok toaster. takes long to make a piece of toast and outside is not cool

The toaster is wonderful - the best one I ever had

We have our toaster less than 2 yrs and it won’t stay down. You have to hold it in place to toast. We have enjoyed it til now! We had hoped it would last for many years especially since it was rather expensive. Just ordered a new one which is not as expensive but hopefully will work for many years.

I have tried so many brands of toasters, but this one is the best….
