rangehood is beautiful but was damaged upon arrival. Could not find support anywhere, still waiting for an email or phone call. In addition the carbon filters were never added to order it will be definitely a 5 star if support was reasonably available. Thank you

Love love love our range hood it looks perfect in our new kitchen!

Used one piece of this to rig up my range hood at just the right height. The kit that came with my hood was a little too short but the high ceiling kit piece was 36 and I needed to fill a 35 space. I didnt want to take the range hood and backsplash down to re-install at a different height so I bought the short range hood kit and turned the top piece upside down so it would slide into the bottom piece of the kit I already had along with the original top piece, drilled a couple of extra screw holes, used my dremel to cut off two small pieces of metal on the back, and it mounted right up. This was easier and cheaper than buying the 36 piece and having a metal fabricator cut it down, although that would have looked cleaner.

Diameter not right size for my range hood. Waiting on verdict if they will accept return. If they do not I will delete my account and never order again.
