This cooktop is AWESOME! The eight burners and griddle provide a plenty of space too cook. Had a difficult time with the kitchen renovation placing this in an island. It was difficult finding granite to accommodate the size of the island as a result of the cooktop size. During the rehab I wondered if I should have purchased the 36" instead. However, the 48" worked out fine.
