Even though I chose the wall mount hood multiple times when I was trying to order the unit- it did not accept the choose and they ended up sending us the convertible vent island and now Wayfair has said we need to deal directly with Zline. Not a happy customer.

Beautiful Range Hood fan is boisterous but efficient

NO STARS. HOODWINKED. This item is NOT what you think! Image and price imply smooth copper. But it is NOT. It is hammered copper which is sold all over the internet at 1/4th to 1/3rd this price! They are saying it is NON refundable now that I was basically deceived by the apparent smooth copper image and price that is more in line with smooth copper. Back and forth email and more back and forth phone calls; told to go direct to the wayfair supplier who tells me to go through Wayfair. Back again dealing with Wayfair and I am still waiting on someone who will arrange for the refund of over $1200 and return instructions. Cannot resell myself bc this product in hammered copper sells for less than $300 all over the internet. Apparently I'm not the first to be hoodwinked. DO NOT BUY!!! Shocked. I have used Wayfair in the recent past (35 times!) to fully furnish my Airbnb and more with total satisfaction. What is happening at Wayfair!
