I have other knives from Wusthof. Needed new steak knives and bought Wusthof, they are the best knives.

I purchased these knives to replace a previous set and I love them! They are very sharp, easy to handle and cut perfectly.

I kind of wish I would have spent the extra money and purchased the Classic Series instead of the Gourmet Series steak knives. The Gourmet is fine and they do the job, but I like a little more weight to my knives.

Sharp!!!! Excellent quality, easy to hold. Perfect size. I am a retired butcher and appreciate quality steel for a knife.
