I was very disappointed because my package was delivered 11 days early and I was not home. I do not no how this pan will be but I think it will be just like the 8 inch model I bought 6 mths ago, it was fantastic. that is why I got this 12in. I am awaiting to cook in it as soon as possible.

Looks great, light and comfortable to handle. Not crazy about cleaning them as food sticks to pan and takes a bit of elbow grease to come off. However, overall like the purchase.
