Viking designed this roasting pan with the home cook in mind by integrating several unique features. The unique inverted handles allow the roaster to fit into ovens with ease, minimizing space versus roasters with handles extended outward. The inverted handles also make the roaster ergonomically easier to put into and take out of the oven. The roaster can fit up to a 25-pound turkey and comes with a v-shaped cooking rack with triple-layer nonstick for superior release and durability. The elevated rack helps cook food quicker and more evenly. The Hard Anodized design features an aluminum layer that has gone through a chemical process that makes it the most durable roasting pan for your kitchen – complete with a nonstick cooking surface. Great heavy duty pan for baking your Turkey or chicken in! I’m excited to use this at Thanksgiving. The large size will be perfect for holding a fairly large bird in when cooking a big meal for the entire family. The carving set was nice and a great addition. Highly recommend.

This Viking roaster is worth every penny! I wanted something to cook my prime rib on and I bought the Viking roaster. It didn’t burn the meat, the meat didn’t stick to the roaster or rack, it was easy to clean matter of fact I didn’t even need to scrub hard. I just did a wipe down and soaked it for a few minutes. Also, the carving set went through the prime rib like butter. Hopefully it lasts 30 years ! Plus I like the color! Don’t hesitate to buy…
