These are my go-to pans for basically everything: eggs, meats, curries, etc. The best nonstick cookware I have ever had. It’s been a couple years and there are no scratches at all in the coating, although I’m pretty careful with using silicone spatulas and soft scrubbies. You don’t need anything harsh to clean them up at all. I will frequently wash these to use them twice a day rather than my cheaper pans, that’s how great they are.

Wow! Did not expect that these pans were as advertised! Very well made and heavy. I have been looking for quality pans for a while, since the "popular" ones advertised have either chipped, the non-stick has worn off, or they have warped as they were all "non-stick". Only my stainless steel pans do I trust until I received this set. I am going back to buy the complete set but may wait until it goes on sale, as the extra fry pans I will give to my son who is moving out! This is worth the price and glad I found these!
