This is a LOVELY dutch oven. Staub is by far my favorite and their iron cast iron ovens are well-made and beautiful. I really wanted this Basil green, and Wayfair was the site that had it in stock and ready to ship in 2 weeks (unlike others who quoted months) and it even came earlier than expected. I've made a few meals and so far, the 7qt is as wonderful as my 4qt. I hope to enjoy it for many years to come.
