Extremely versatile pan. Have used this not only as a wok, but it's a great braiser, deep fryer, and saute pan. Nice deep sides, saves my stove top and oven from splatters. The stainless steel tray fits perfect on the pan, and is a great way to drain deep fried foods, especially donuts, and appetizers. We use this for everyday as well as on special occasions.
