I thought perigold was wonderful when I discovered the site — thought it would be a fantastic place to find high end beautiful drawer and cabinet hardware. I made two purchases. The first was not quite right for what I needed so I started a return on this set of hardware. The return process continually came back with a return of quantity one item rather than the four items I was returning, and I tried this numerous times to get it to accept the four items. I paid $40 for the four items and the return process claimed that my total refund would be $9. After that experience, I decided not to do the return but not to shop at this seemingly bogus website ever again.
