Live this pan to make perfect mini- cakes. I call them Sand Dollar Pancakes instead of Silver Dollar Pancakes.

I bought two of these, thinking they were as advertised “frypans“. it turns out you have to use them in the oven. So you heat the fry pan in the oven, pull out the rack, put your 2 tablespoons of pancake batter in each circle, push the rack back and keep your eye on it until it has bubbles and golden around the edge. Then open the oven, pull out the rack, turn over the pancakes, push back the rack, shut the oven and keep your eye on it until the top is golden or it looks done. For a total of six silver dollar size pancakes, I don’t think it’s worth all that time and bother. If I knew I could use it on the stove it would be great, but I’m afraid to try it.

Have been looking this product for a long time. Now I enjoy making pancakes with the grandkids
