Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Top rack dishwasher safe. Bowls are microwave-safe. Not for oven or stovetop use. Use of metal utensils may scratch the surface of this product but will not affect the performance. To achieve a secure air-tight fit with lids, place lid on top of corresponding bowl and press firmly in the center of the lid, not on the edges. Remove the lids by lifting up on the tabs along the edges.

Works for me - just what I needed. As a retired person who doesn't cook much I only needed 1 bowl in each size. These are perfect & with lids I can use to bring outside rather than alum foil. Shipping took quite awhile. I was surprised by that.

Nice bowls but they are too small. When you tell how many quarts they hold (which is fine for those who know what that means) and don't just say how wide and deep they are in inches, I don't know what I'm buying. These were too small. I guess I'll have to go into a shop to find what I want.
