Beautiful faucet! Customer service was very kind. However, after paying to have it installed, it is in fact NOT a TOUCH faucet. My only option was to get a percentage refunded. When you pay 950 for a faucet you don’t care about cost, you want to features you bought. Now I’m stuck with it. ☹️
