This is a very well made Crepe Pan. I used it immediately upon receiving it and it made great crepes--thinner than I've ever done before (using a fry pan). Perigold has been great. The only reason I've given it 4 stars is that because it is heavy, it could have used a longer handle.

This pan is perfect. My family has always cooked crepe's for breakfast for decades. This pan cooks them up perfectly. The spatula and rateau are a good addition as well.

The quality can’t be beat, but if you like to swirl your crepe batter around rather than using the rateau, the pan is way too heavy
