I bought the pot in Palm Green. I chose this over the 7qt dutch oven because it can fit a smaller stove eye. The pot heats and cooks evenly. I feel that with the smaller area touching the eye that it is less prone to burning food over the dutch oven. I expect this piece to last a lifetime as it is well made.

I love this soup pot! It's the perfect size for sautéing vegetables adding a broth and making a soup. The vegetables cook evenly and quickly. Well worth the money. It will be the only soup pot you'll ever own.
