This is a chinese stove of medium quality. Kucht does not manufacture it and their tech support knows nothing about it, and are otherwise incompetent to diagnose issues. This is an LP gas stove (the one I bought), and both ovens exhibited flashback and other issues upon delivery. I spoke with Kucht and they sent out a new burner, which it turns out was not the correct solution. Their instructions for setting the air gate on the burner were also incorrect - “Just set it like the old one”. Now they never offered for a technician to come out and correct the issue, said to hire a handyman if I couldn’t install it. They do zoom or other video calls to walk your through it. The fact is, all of the oven burners on my stove were set incorrectly and would ultimately have destroyed them. One technician at Kucht said “All LP stoves and BBQs do that”, well, I own 4 other gas ovens and 3 BBQs and NONE of them do that. After some research, it turns out the burners were all set way too lean. But Kucht techs have no idea and are incapable of helping. Don’t buy this stove from Wayfair / Kucht if you like it, you can get exactly the same stove for half the price - with a different name on it.
