Love love love this sink . There are no downsides , it’s big and beautiful . Exactly what I wanted . There is a rack included which protects your sink ( big bonus) the rubber feet could use an upgrade though

Although a little unhappy with some damage that occurred in transit, wayfair made it right and I’m very happy with the sink. The scratches are still noticeable, but the sink has been in place for a couple of years and I’m very happy I didn’t return it.

I think I will be pleased with the sink. The color (cashmere) will go perfect with my new counters....IF it isn't damaged! [EDIT] The box arrived freight and due to no responsibility from either Wayfair or the freight carrier, whomever at KOHLER responsible for packing the sink needs to be reprimanded--harshly!! You can see the box arrived in deplorable condition. Was 1) surprisingly flimsy for a 100 pound sink and 2) one strip of tape EACH, across the top, the sides, and the bottom, had loosened during freight and one of the top flaps was....flapping! A slight tug and you cauld see the sink with a broken piece of stryrofoam that had slid down, leaving a gap on the rim edge for scratches or whatever to damage the sink surface, and NO ADDITIONAL PACKING such as bubble wrap, etc. UN-freakin-believable! The box was not particularly reinforced as one would expect for a 100# item, nor even DOUBLE-crated! A faucet I ordered a week prior weighed 1/10 of the sink (9.6#) and it arrived in it's manufacturer's standard colored and printed store box, and placed INSIDE another cardboard box with bubble wrap on both ends to keep it from moving around and getting damaged. I won't know until the installers come whether the sink is damaged but -- just a little late then, right? Someone at Wayfair needs to stand on Kohler's shipping dept. and tell them to "up" their game! [EDIT] I am a 78 y.o. disabled female and was unable to move the box or to inspect the sink before installation. Waited 2 months for new counter delivery and install, & when plumber unboxed, there was a chip about the size of an orange-seed, at the front left corner at the drop-in counter level, which would eventually rust if left untouched, but plumber layered some silicon on the chip area. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN KOHLER BOXING!!!!!!!!!!! Would have returned if we had an ETA on the new kitchen counters but didn't want to chance having to wait another 6 weeks for another sink. Love the color, love the large size and slight slope to drain, but......... My advice is to go with ANY OTHER cast-iron brand if you can make their color work.

First sink arrived with huge chips. Fabulous customer service responded quickly, didn't require me to return the sink after they saw photos, and quickly sent out another sink. It's actually very pretty, but super warped. A plumber will shim it and it should be ok, but I probably shouldn't have had to deal with two defective products. I didn't know it was warped until the countertop people finally installed new countertops, and at that point the 30 day window for returns had passed.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this sink!!! I was looking for a white cast iron deep sink for a while and I came across this sink at a big box store. When I tried to order, it would have taken 5 weeks. I found it at Wayfair, cheaper AND it shipped within a week. I should have looked here first.
