[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the KitchenAid 11 inch Enameled Cast Iron Grill Pan would be a great addition to my kitchen. For myself, this is not the case. There are too many "don't do's" or "be careful's" to make using it easy. It does grill and bake very well, and I loved the crispy bacon that I made on the grill! The pan itself is super heavy. You really can't remove it from the cabinet or the oven with one hand without almost dropping it. It also warns you that it may scratch counter tops, metal sinks, and ceramic cooktops. There always needs to be a potholder, dish towel or trivet nearby in order to prevent this. When you use the grill pan in the oven, it may get so hot that you also can't take it out of the oven and put it on a cold ceramic cooktop without the risk of shattering the cold surface. Maybe all cast iron pans and skillets are this way, it just doesn't work well for me. I am always looking to make my cooking quicker and easier, whereas this makes it a bit more difficult for me. Some of you may be absolutely ok with this and/or use to this while cooking, so the pan may be a welcome addition to your collection. The grill pan itself is beautiful, cooks well, and comes in several different colors of enameled finish! You will have to decide which features and warnings fit in your own cooking pro and con columns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far one of the best alternates to grilling I’ve ever used my entire life. It was simple and easy to prepare steaks and burgers. Without having a hard time we’re having a require cast iron skillet do it myself. This was absolutely the best thing I could ever use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoying this grill pan. The color is nice and it's very easy to clean. It has a nice weight to it. It evenly distributes heat, and can easily go from stove top to oven. My favorite thing to cook so far has been hamburgers on the stove top, and bacon in the oven! 10/10 recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Enameled cast iron pan is well made and is a high-quality product. It takes no time to clean after use. I love the finish and the color. Grilling burgers are definitely better now. I've used this pan 3-4 times and it still looks new.
