The Thomas Keller 4 qt Saucepan is a wonderfully designed pan with substantial heft. Its not too heavy nor too light and is wide enough to accomplish most tasks. Clean up is simple, and any stuck on food can be removed either by soaking it in warm soapy water or by making a paste with Barkeepers Friend. I didnt hace zny ussues either staining or with food sticking to the pan, by the way. The quality us worth the price and Im happy to have added it to my Thomas Keller collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought a nonstick 11 inch fry pan to replace one by another manufacturer that had seen better days. There’s no comparison to my previous nonstick pan. My Heston pan has such uniform heat, cooking with it is a pleasure. The cleanup is a breeze! This addition to my kitchen is my go to pan for most meals.
