When I finally got a plumber to install my faucet, he could not use it because of faulty parts! I am hoping to return even for a credit because it was purchased in January. But that's how long it tool to actually get a plumber to show up!

Love the faucet. My wife is amazed at the turn off the faucet and the spray goes away feature. just loves that. I love the nonaerated feature so it doesn't splash everywhere when you get a glass of water. the tiniest drawback is the hose is a bit too short for my liking. I would love to have a longer hose. Like I said just a tiny nitpick.
