Very well made. I have been looking for a 8 inch cheesecake pan. This is outstanding.

Good bakeware light and easy to clean and care for. Nice size, appropriate when you don’t want a big cake. Suitable for portion size.

First off I will never use nonstick chemical coated bake ware. It's a personal choice which is why I looked long and hard for this type of pan. So, I made peanut butter GF brownie frozen pies and everything came out perfectly. I lined the bottom with an over sized piece of parchment paper and was able to slide the brownie bottom out easily, flip over and transfer it to a pretty serving plate, clip the pan sides back on and fill with the creamy stuff and topping. After I froze it the sides came off easily and it looked beautiful. I like the bumpy bottom on this. My smooth bottom one tends to hold things down. I can't say anything about cake batter oozing out because I don't make cake. BUT, I do know water leaks out like a sieve unless you put an overhanging layer of parchment paper in, then it appears to be watertight. So if you are making a cake I would put a layer of parchment paper down first that overhangs outside the pan. Plus that will make it easier to flip out and peel off the paper for a perfect cake layer. I washed it and oiled it before I used it like the diagram/pictogram instructed and after using it twice and washing and drying it twice ( by hand) it looks like new. I just looked and I have no rust areas on it, so hand washing and drying is probably the way to go. It takes one minute to hand wash and dry so don't throw it in the dishwasher to save 60 seconds.
