Don't get me wrong--these are really nice pulls. The problem is Perigold-Wayfair customer service. I measured the length incorrectly and needed to return them, which was disappointing because they don't carry the size I actually needed (pro tip: don't get emotionally attached to drawer hardware). Perigold-Wayfair doesn't permit you to return this item unless it's damaged or defective. Well, they were neither, but nowhere on the product page does it say they cannot be returned like most other products. The customer service representative acknowledged she couldn't see that stated on the product page, either. I then contacted Wayfair through its website and two weeks later, and still no response. So, these are gorgeous and high-quality; just make sure you measure better than I did.
