lifting lid of coffee pot not easy w one hand. makes hot coffee. When using gold filter, there were very small coffee grinds in individual coffee cups I Like Mr Coffee maker better. less money. same taste

Love everything about this maker - even the really cool integral coffee spoon that is a part of the maker’s design - the only negative is that the glass carafe drips a lot of coffee at almost any angle you hold it and pour at … makes a huge mess!!! So now we have to put paper towels down on a tray ( to protect our white quartz countertop ) to pour every morning / Uhg!!!!

Beautiful and makes great coffee, however I notices a crack in the base of the machine....this is troubling. Trying to get this replaced.
