Helping build my son’s kitchen ware . He’s vegan and extremely particular about what products he will use . This one is a winner ! Uses it almost every day . Stainless steel can be a bit tricky in the beginning , but once you learn how to cook with it you will see it’s many benefits !

The pan arrived today, earlier than projected. The pan and lid were well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. It is solid and well built and heavy enough that I'm happy it has a helper handle. I look forward to cooking with it. While I just unpackaged the pan and have not yet had time to cook anything in it, I have no doubt it will be an excellent addition to my kitchen. I do most of my cooking on stainless steel and cast iron so I know how to properly use stainless steel. I do have a much smaller sauté pan and needed a larger one. This one fits the bill, exactly!
