These are brand new pots/pans. No problem with cooking. Advertised as dishwasher safe. Once in the dishwasher and they went from black to gray. Now, even hand washed, the color continues to come off.

Not using your dishwasher is not a problem for these pots and pans. They really are non stick. My only issue is that I’ve had. One for less than 2 months and they’re already chipping on the inside. I only use a soft sponge and hand wash but they still chip.
