Nowhere in the Perigold writeup on the Cuisinart skillet did it reveal that the pan was ceramic coated. The word 'ceramic' is never mentioned. I didn't want a ceramic pan so the writeup was deceptive. If you buy from Perigold, be sure to check up on their descriptions. Like me you could get stuck with something you don't need or want.

getting sticky and having to use more oil

I purchased to replace one that I had, so I was well aware of it's performance.

Lovely skillet just a tad to small

I want to reorder it! I wore mine out, as I do with much more expensive pans. Great for the price!
