Terrible. I bought this coffee maker in May 2025 and it stopped working 4 month later. Cuisinart customer service was very helpful and sent a replacement because the machine was under warranty; however, it is now just over two months later and the machine has stopped working properly, again! The carafe side does not work at all and the single-serve side works intermittently despite multiple cleanings and needle declogging (it is not even clogged). Generally, I like Cuisinart products and when the coffee center worked it was nice. Yet, for this problem to occur twice on two different (new) machines just months after purchase causes me pause. This Cuisinart Coffee Center 2-in-1 Coffee Maker retails at $230. I am very disappointed with this product because I expect more out of Cuisinart, especially at this price point. I cannot recommend.

Only complaint is the top coffee holder has a piece that keeps popping off. So when you place the carafe in, do gently to prevent the spring loaded piece from breaking.
