There’s no call for a bread knife to be this sharp. I was trying to slice through an English muffin to make breakfast this morning and ended up halfway to slicing the fingerprint clear off my thumb. Obviously it’s good at its intended purpose, but this thing is a safety hazard when it doesn’t need to be.
